If you are shopping from a country outside of the EU, the prices on our website are ex. VAT. You may need to pay import duties and taxes.
This depends on your country, so we recommend familiarizing yourself with any potential custom costs before completing your order. Most countries have an official customs website where they provide details on import duties, taxes, and applicable rates based on the type of goods being imported. - If you choose not to pay the duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at your expense. You will be refunded the value of the goods, minus the return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

- You can apply for a return within 14 days after the delivery date of your order.
- All items must be unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached to the garment.
- After 14 days from the day you have received your package, the order is final.
- After your return or exchange e-mail, you have 14 days to ship your returning package. After these 14 days we no longer refund money; you will receive a store credit instead. See below how to apply.
- We do not offer free returns or exchanges.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake on our side.
- Items returned or exchanged without prior notification and original packaging will not be accepted.
- Sale items are only exchangeable for another item or store credit. We do not offer refunds.
- If your return meets the above conditions, please write to our Customer Care at assistant@camielfortgens.com for a return authorization.
Please write ‘EXCHANGE’ or ‘RETURN’ with your order number in the email’s subject line. - We will get back to you within 2 working days. If your return or exchange is accepted, we will instruct you on how to return your package.
- As soon as the return is received in our warehouse and has been verified, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund.
- If your return meets the above conditions, please write to our Customer Care at assistant@camielfortgens.com for a return authorization.
- Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable and marked with your name and order number.
- In the event the package is not received by us or lost in transit, Camiel Fortgens will not be liable.
- We observe the right to deny refunds if the items returned fail to meet our refund policy requirements stated above.
